RUSH SHIPMENTS Please request Fed Ex, UPS Air; Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day shipping. We will promptly take care of your needs. SHIPPING POLICY Ribbonmart ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges if they are not correctly shown at checkout.
- Your order may be shipped from the nearest Ribbonmart/supply location.
- UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
- $1.50 handling fee will be added to shipping charges.
RETURNS Call 1-888-577-0141 to receive an RMA authorization number or complete the form on our web site and return the merchandise within 15 days.
Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on RMAs or cancelled orders. All products returned must include all packing and associated items included with the original shipment. Restocking fees may be applied to cover costs associated with replacement and repacking of missing or damaged items.
PRICES Ribbonmart strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control and we may contact you advising you of these changes.
